Teacher and Student Success Act (TSSA)
The Teacher and Student Success Act is created to improve school performance and improve student academic achievement through the process described below.
JSD Board adopts a Student Success Framework that will be submitted to USBE. The Framework creates guidelines for each school to follow in developing a Teachers and Student Success Plan (formerly, School Improvement Plan)

JSD Board determines the allocation for schools.
Schools develop a Teacher and Student Success Plan that includes school goals within the USBE Accountability System.
The Teacher and Student Success Plan is aligned with the JSD Board Framework that includes coaching, professional development, and school-based initiatives.
